My client, a leading maintenance service provider in London, is currently looking for a multi-skilled shift engineer to join their on-site operational maintenance team. Key responsibilities will involve maintaining the sites mechanical and electrical services, working to a planned preventative maintenance system, and maintaining the existing structure and fabric of the building daily to a high standard.The ideal candidate will be qualified in mechanical / electrical City & Guilds or building services engineering, along with experience within the building services sector. Due to the nature of the environment, excellent customer care and personal skills are essential as is the ability to meet strict deadlines. You will also be required to participate in the out of hours on call rota (currently based on 1-4 weeks) so flexibility is key.In return, this organisation offers comprehensive training days where appropriate in order to encourage personal development and enhance job abilities.
