Mechanical Design Manager - Contract

We are looking to recruit a mechanical design manager to work on a prestigious data centre project in the Canary Wharf area. The mechanical design manager will be asked to undertake and oversee the mechanical building services design on this high profile financial project alongside an electrically biased building services design manager. The mechanical design manager will be offered a long term contract of a minimum of a year, immediate starts and excellent contract rates in the region of GBP36 - 40/ hour. The mechanical design manager will require a history of building services design and experience of working on data centre projects would be an advantage however is not essential. Working on-site for a medium sized building services consultants the mechanical design manager will be working in a design team of four and will be reporting to a project manager who is controlling the overall building services.
