With over 30 years experience of providing recruitment solutions to the construction industry in both the UK and International markets, this leading recruitment consultancy based in central London are actively seeking a sales focused graduate who has the ambitions to succeed in the highly lucrative recruitment industry. Having recently been voted in the top 100 companies to work for by The Sunday Times, you will be recruiting for the booming construction sector on projects such as the 2012 Olympic Games, River Thames Developments and Corporate Real Estate.

On joining you will initially be put through their industry leading training academy where you will learn all aspects of Recruitment ? from Generating new business, presenting to companies, pitching new clients and candidates, negotiating fees and closing deals, before working alongside a team of top billing consultants as a fully fledged recruiter. You will then have the opportunity of working on a number of high profile projects servicing Clients on a regional, national and international basis recruiting a wide range of professionals from Project Managers, Town Planners, Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers.

To be a success within this position it is essential that you are of graduate caliber, with at least 6 months sales experience combined with a keen interest in the construction industry. In addition you will be highly motivated, money motivated, confident, engaging, articulate and have the ability to negotiate and multitask whilst remaining calm in a highly pressured environment.
Working from the floor of a 30 strong recruitment company you can expect a busy social calendar as monthly and quarterly nights out are encouraged (and always paid for by the company). Further perks include a 35K OTE, an industry leading commission structure, annual trips to the Caribbean for top performers, gym membership and a car allowance after 6 months.
