Assitant General Manage Job in London
We are a dynamic group of independent restaurants currently with sites in Central London, we will shortly be opening another site all of which are of top quality and deserving of their great market reputation.
We are currently looking for a Assistant General Manager to assist our GM in our highest volume site; this business has lots of scope for development from the most junior to the most senior roles. You will be fully accountable for the business and have a strong track record in terms of building sales year on year. It's important that you have credible experience, whilst not fine dining certainly top quality fresh food within a busy brasserie style dining environment.
You will have natural management presence and have the ability to motive and develop a team. It's really important that you can take total ownership of the restaurant in the absence of the GM and thrive in an autonomous environment.
