Stunning central London organisation is looking for a Conference and Catering Administrator to join the F&B team in its newly refurbished conference facility.
The conferencing operation includes 12 elegant rooms accommodating meetings and events up to 300, with state of the art audio-visual equipment, including video conferencing.
My client is looking for an experienced Administrator/Coordinator with a catering background to join the Administrative Services team which is responsible for all internal and external meetings.
The Administrator's key responsibilities will include coordinating and administering conference bookings, client liaison, back-up support for the facilities activity and general administration.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people, be IT literate, and have good writing and time management skills.
