Qualified Social Worker

Mental Health Hospital Qualified Social Worker required to join West London Social Services Team. The Position is to start ASAP and is for 3 months initially. You must be eligible to work in the UK, hold a Social Work Qualification, GSCC registered with a current CRB, driver preferred. This role would be suited to a Senior Practitioner who has about 2 years experience of working with adults with mental health problems. Also ideal for candidates who are looking to work outside London in a scenic area! You will be expected to provide an assessment of users' needs and, where appropriate, to provide a care co-ordination service to people with mental health needs. This will include assessment and management of risk. Also you will undertake CMHT care co-ordinator role, to include GP liaison, duty work and continuing care within the guidelines of the Care Programme Approach and supervision of staff.
