A new company in a start-up situation, this firm is aiming to provide a quality service to the white-collar construction recruitment industry. With an aggressive business plan, they hope to have built a larger team by Christmas, and with a commission structure rising to 30%, there is excellent earning potential.

For this start-up scenario you must have previous white-collar construction experience. You will need to bill within your first three months and be able to hit the ground running. This is a cold desk so there will be lots of new business development - the company will give you lots of autonomy to run the desk as you see fit. You will be placing roles including Quantity Surveyors, Site Management, Project & Contracts Management and Engineers into commerce, industry and the public sector.
