Legal Executive/Paralegal
Legal Executive/Paralegal required
My client is currently recruiting a Legal Executive/Paralegal to work within the Banking & Finance department.
As the Legal Executive/Paralegal you will be responsible for the overall conduct of own volume of unsecured debt recovery, asset finance recovery and mortgage repossession files under appropriate supervision.
Duties will include receiving new client instructions, checking client papers, carrying out instructions, monitoring files, preparing instructions, attending meetings and attending marketing events.
You will need previous experience in dealing with litigation, in particular recovery cases, good MS office packages and ideally knowledge of Legal Client Databases.
The Legal Executive/Paralegal role requires confidentiality and discretion, the ability to work on your own initiative, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
