Position: Forex Team Leader
Package:40-45k Basic 80 OTE
Location:London

My client a public listed forex company based in the heart of London requires a tenacious team leader with extensive sales management experience would be of advantage for this large FX trading business.

The team leader role requires a proactive sales person to take the private side of the business to the next level. You will not only be directly responsible for the success and profitability of you team, but also the hire and fire of a brand new team of consultants, this role requires drive, ambition and scope to become in time a director of the business. Only experienced team leaders with the FX market will be considered for this unique opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain profitability of business
Hire and Fire responsibility
Build a new team of 6 private side


The ideal candidate will have extensive sales management experience, be bright and have a professional demeanour alongside experience in the private FX market.
