Java Developer - Ejb, Xml, Struts spring hibernate advantag

Java Developer (EJB, XML, Struts) spring / hibernate advantageous.
Our Client a software development company working in the finance sector alongside many top tier investment banks is looking for a developer with the above mentioned skill set.
This is a fantastic opportunity as financial experience is desirable but not essential.
The key skills are strong server side developers with skills in EJB, Struts and XML. Spring and hibernate is highly advantageous but not essential.
This company have a fantastic reputation in their current domain and are specifically looking technically strong developers who they feel can fit into the teams well and work well with their high profile clients. Strong communication skills are a must.
