It Helpdesk Technician with 5 Star Customer Service
This computer magazine requires a Helpdesk Consultant to work for them on a temporary basis to provide 5 star customer support when it comes to IT related issues for their magazine subscribers.
You will be setting up the project, developing and managing your own workload, systems and processes. You will be providing advice on all manner of IT issues from very basic PC users to more advanced/technical queries. You will be happy to help the team with their workload and muck in.
You will need to be a confident self starter, with an enthusiastic approach. Excellent customer services experience and great communication skills is essential, as is the ability to think on your feet and prioritise your workload.
Your communication skills will be second to none, you must also have a friendly and helpful approach.
You must have previous IT Helpdesk experience!
