Foreign Exchange Dealer

ACCOUNT MANAGER / CLIENT RELATIONS / DEALER
(Training Given) SALARY GBP22- GBP24,000 depending on experience
(OTE GBP45,000 Year 1)
An exciting position has arisen to join a leading Foreign Exchange brokerage house. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and executing clients currency transactions, ensuring clients have access to up to date market pricing information and enjoy a personalised and proactive currency dealing service.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE RECQUIRED:
* Must have previous sales experience, ideally in the financial services sector;
* Demonstrate B2C relationship and account management experience;
* Will be able to demonstrate excellent inter-personal communication skills;
* Enjoy a target driven environment;
* Must be a self-starter with aptitude to learn new products/services quickly
Duties
* Executing clients currency transactions
* Ensure targets are achieved
* Identifying the most appropriate currency purchasing strategy for clients
* Ensure clients are contacted regularly.
* Provide market Intelligence by keeping up to date with market information and monitoring trends in all major currency pairings;
* Perform competitor research and feedback to the business on any new products within the market.
* Record all client feedback and report this back to the business.
* Look for trends, patterns and the reasons clients use the Regular Payment service
