Tax Operations

Acupay System LLC (Acupay) is a U.S.-U.K. based company that specializes in providing Tax Processing and Automation services to Securities Issuers and the International Banking community to provide - on an operational level - for investors to receive the maximum return on investments while ensuring full compliance with international tax law and regulation.
The Operations Team within Acupay is responsible for supporting the dividends and income processing staffs at banking institutions globally in using our state of the art Tax Certification System (the Acupay System). Efficient routing and delivery of tax compliance instructions and certificates must be coordinated on a fast-paced, deadline-driven basis.
Candidates should possess:
1. Willingness to Work Hard, in a Team Environment
2. Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent or Native English; Additional Languages a Plus)
3. Good Computer Skills, General Tech Savvy
4. Good Attention to Detail
5. Good Interpersonal Skills, Telephone Skills (Comfort)
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat a Plus
7. Financial/Operational Experience a Plus, but Not Required
8. Skills/Willingness to Work Hard (Primary), Experience/Education (Secondary)
