Our client is looking for candidates to join them going into the New Year. This role is specifically aimed at highly motivated and ambitious graduates. The Recruitment industry is both exciting and lucrative. Indeed you can earn more in your first three years in legal recruitment than in most Law related roles. The arduous road to legal excellence is bypassed in legal recruitment, the career progression is rapid and you can be earning a six-figure salary within the first three years.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is sales based, allowing you to earn what you deserve as a result of your hard work. The recruitment consultant must be able to convince and persuade candidates and clients in a number of business-like situations. To earn the most money you must be motivated to work long hours and earn commission on top of a basic salary. The basic salary is between £20-25,000 but with commission on top you can expect £40-45k in your first year!

The personal career development is excellent. You will be trained to recruit legal professionals into law firms and in-house legal departments in financial institutions (from trainee to director level) and this personal development will continue throughout your career to management and beyond!
