Locum Head of Legal Services

LAW Absolute are working on behalf of a large charity that are looking for an in-house legal advisor, providing a service to all Directorates. Principally the role will focus on the drafting, reviewing and amending of contracts on behalf of the charity and its subsidiaries. In addition the chosen candidate will be required to carry out governance, constitutional and company secretariat matters, as well as act as Data Protection Officer.
