Studio Co-ordinator

We have five custom built studios offering high end market research viewing facility space and we also provide national market research fieldwork solutions in the form of recruitment services. We have an excellent reputation within our industry and are rated as one of the top viewing studio facilities in the London and the UK.
We have an excellent opportunity to join the Viewing Facility team as a Studio Co-ordinator. The Studio Co-ordinator will primarily be responsible for the day to day co-ordination of viewing studios and the running of its research sessions. This is an exciting, hands on hospitality role with emphasis on ensuring that the viewing facility is a positive client focused environment and maintaining our reputation for a quality service.
The Studio Co-ordinator will also support the Studio Field Manager in all aspects of the studio project management process and the development of our recruitment services. He/she will take responsibility for ensuring fieldwork projects fulfill all specifications, run to time and budgetary requirements, and are competed to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
It is essential that the successful candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and has proven experience working in both a client facing environment and market research (fieldwork). Additionally, the post-holder will be confident, polite and friendly and have a drive to succeed within this position whilst representing the organisation at all times in a positive and professional manner.
