Sales support administrator investment management firm centr

Our client, an Investment Management Firm based in Central London, have a requirement for a Sales Support Administrator on a 10 month contract. The role will support to senior Directors with administrative /secretarial tasks and general queries.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Diary management
* Expense reports
* Travel arrangements
* Agendas
* General duties ( i.e.photocopying, faxing, binding, scanning, coffee for meetings if needed, organising internal/external lunches, setting up v/c & conference calls, providing assistance to other Pioneer offices)
* Preparation of marketing materials for meetings
* Maintenance of both electronic and hard copy files
* Support to the Sales team with clients queries
* Extensive use and maintenance of client database ( Sales Logix)
* Completion and follow up on the KYC (know your client) process
* Disseminate weekly/monthly data to clients (e-mail blasts)
* Update mailing lists and client details
In order to be successful, our client will be looking for the following skills and experience:
* At least 3-4 years previous Sales Support or PA experience at a senior level
* Financial Services experience is ideal but not essential
* IT literate
* Good team player
* Strong organisation and administrative skills
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Flexible and adaptable to changes
* Ability to change tasks in a hurry
* Good understanding of databases
