Freelance architectural technician

A fast growing property refurbishment, design and project management company urgently requires help with its growing number of clients.
The ideal candidate must be a qualified architectural technician, with the ability to use AutoCAD Software, and have a good knowledge of current building regulations.
You will be expected to provide working drawings for specific refurbishment and extension projects, predominantly residential, on a freelance basis. As the work will be project specific you will have the opportunity to work from home, although you will be expected to come into the office from time to time.
A competitive hourly rate is offered, depending on experience.
