Web designer ecommercer to run and manage ebay shop

We are seeking an ambitious, self motivated individual to set up and run a fully operational Ebay shop for a growing fashion accessories company in London.
The candidate must be proficient in HTML and have sufficient Ebay knowledge and experience. Web design and ecommerce experience is preferred but not essential.
The role will include:
* Designing HTML Ebay Adverts
* Posting/Relisting Adverts
* Monitoring Adverts (up to 100 ads per week)
* Communicating with Ebayers – answering queries and dealing with buyers
* Communicating with warehouse (despatch)
* Understanding purchasing habits
* Understanding Ebay user psychology
Should your application be successful, the salary will be 10-12% of your gross sales on Ebay and will be discussed in greater detail on our first meeting.
This position will require a lot of attention and dedication, therefore applicants with full time jobs need not apply.
