Recruitment coordinator for fast growing us company central
UniHealth America based in Central London is seeking a full time/part time Recruitment Coordinator. Your primary responsibility will be preliminary screening, verification and interview of all applicants.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Scheduling interviews and phone screens with candidates
-Managing the candidate database and liaising interviews with US clients
-Maintaining updated weekly reports and requisition notes on all candidates
-Manage the daily operations of the business
+ answer phones
REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English and additional Western European language a plus
-A friendly personable personality and a good listener
-Strong administrative and organizational skills.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Strong time management skills; must be able to prioritize effectively.
-Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
-At least one year experience in HR or staffing related field (medical/healthcare experience a plus).
-Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
-US experience a plus
