Experienced personal health care worker available

I am a experienced young, female Personal Health Care worker looking for a Live-in Care position from July until December.
I studying a Bachelor of Nursing Degree in one of the two top Nursing Universities in my state (In Australia) who has taken a year off to travel and enjoy new cultures.
I have worked in many nursing homes (As an agency fill in) in which I learned to be very adaptable and intuitive to my patients needs and have a wide range experience with many different health problems, which is also supported by my extensive nursing training. I am a native English speaker but also speak intermediate French, after living in France for 6 months. I hold a French passport/citizenship and an International Drivers License.
