Housekeeping supervisor

Client Profile
Our client is providing serviced and non-serviced 4-5* accommodations for long and short term. They have properties in the city, Central London and North east London. All of their apartment are up to a 5 * standard in stunning new building developments.
Job Specification
* The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for all bedrooms, corridors and public areas have a high standard of hygiene and health and safety.
* The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service
* Supervises all rotational and special cleaning programmes
* Inspection of apartments
* Brings all needs for repair to the attention of the Executive Housekeeper and reporting to her directly
* Checking in residence in the property where it is needed.
Person Specification
* Experience in a 4-5* hotel is desired (1-2 years)
* Have a friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing and confident nature
* Able to work under pressure
* The Housekeeping Supervisor must be highly passionate, excellent attention to detail and the ability to continually raise standards
Additional information
It is a shift work on 4 days on 4 days off basis between the hours of
08:00-20:00.
