Senior web developer

Traffic Digital is a young and successful digital media agency based in London's west end. We have built a reputation for turning around digital work that is both creative and technologically advanced. We are now looking to expand our team friendly, highly skilled and motivated candidates for the following role:
Lead Developer
We are looking for a highly organized and talented individual to lead our development team, implementing efficient systems for coding and development, as well as doing coding itself (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP).
The ideal candidate:
- is passionate about online technologies
- is a brilliant communicator and an easy going person to work with
- has a can-do attitude and a passion for creating fast, functional, scalable websites
- has a strong background (at least 3 years) in web development using LAMP technologies
- has experience of HTML templating systems (e.g. Smarty/HTML_Template_IT)
- is highly organized and methodical and has experience of the build/test/deployment process
- can take on full responsibility for projects
- will work on understanding requirements and will work with the rest of the team to ensure these are fulfilled
- Semantic XHTML/CSS/JavaScript
Experience of any or all of the following is not essential but would be an advantage
- Linux administration - ssh etc & comfortable around the command line
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Flash experience (AS 2.0 / Flex)
