Pa advertising administrator
As a PA / Advertising Assistant at a reputable estate agency, you will have excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, as well as first-rate written and verbal communication skills.
You will have an outgoing, professional manner, and will work well to deadlines. You will have propensity for thinking ahead, and the ability to rise to the challenge of new or unexpected circumstances. A facility to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions is highly desirable.
You must have a personable character and be detail orientated. You will be trained in the advertising aspects of the job and will share in the success of this highly respected company.
Previous PA experience is absolutely essential and excellent communication skills. Applicants must also have ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
You must be able to provide work / education references to cover the last two years.
Applicants who live locally and can start immediately would be an advantage.

You will report to the Office Manager
Job Outline:
PA Duties
* Dealing with incoming email and letters, particularly screening telephone calls
* Organising and filing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
* Dealing with correspondence including writing letters and completing official forms
* Organising travel arrangements, equipment needs, accommodation etc.
* Organising and maintaining 2 diaries, including scheduling of appointments, meetings etc.
* Minute meetings, type minutes and agendas where necessary
Advertising Duties
* Managing and maintaining properties on in-house systems
* Registering requirements from prospective applicants
* Writing descriptions for properties for advertising
* Uploading properties onto various advertising portals
* Re-listing existing advertising

Remuneration:
GBP15 - GBP18k Per Annum (Depending on experience)
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 10am – 7pm
Saturday: 10am – 3pm
Holidays:
- 20 Days Holiday
The contract will be full time with a 1 month probationary period
