We need an exceptional and creative administrator

THE ROLE: To provide central support to the organisation in order to maximise its efficient and effective operation. This will include managing and developing all administration, and element of finance and HR, effective information and monitoring management and working closely with the Director providing an element of PA support.
THE CANDIDATE: You will be valued as a conscientious starter-finisher and team player, able to plan effectively, react quickly, supporting a young enthusiastic team to excel. Highly systems oriented, analytical and extremely organised, your multi tasking, solution producing skills will ensure success in this role. A minimum of 3 years experience in similar or relevant roles is essential.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: We need highly experienced, highly motivated administrator with large amounts of common sense, efficiency and personality to support and shape the organisation and its systems at this important stage in its growth. ESSENTIALS:
- A minimum of 3 years experience.
- High knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- English language and writing skills.
- Understanding of the internet.
PREFERRED:
- PA support experience.
- Knowledge of marketing
- Budgeting and finance experience.
- Experience of writing reports and managing monitoring.
- Knowledge of website information management.
