Business development investment banking

Dinan & Company LLC, a boutique investment banking firm founded in 1988, is the leading merger and acquisition search firm in North America, dedicated exclusively to buyer interests. We provide acquisition search services to the Fortune 1000 and premier Private Equity groups. We are currently seeking a Business Development professional, based in London, to develop EU clients interested in making acquisitions in North America.


As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business generation process, including prospecting, presentation, development and closing.

Qualifications:

+ University Degree

+ 5 year track record in business development or related work at an investment bank or management consulting firm

+ Ability to travel

Desired:

+ MBA or other advanced degree, strongly desired for this position

+ Detailed oriented and execution focused

+ Self-starter with proven ability to organize, present information and work independently

+ Strong communication skills with a proven ability to persuade
