Customer Service – Call Centre – London
This job will be fantastic for people who are looking for some extra income in the evenings, but also for people who are looking for flexible hours to fit in around current lifestyles and commitments.
My Client - based in Old St., EC1, Central London - is offering a fantastic opportunity to work within their buzzing Call Centre!
You will be part of an amazing team, working on behalf of numerous leading charity organisations such as UNICEF, THE RED CROSS, GREENPEACE, SCOPE and many others
The majority of the calls you make will be to CURRENT SUPPORTERS of the various charities, as well as those who have recently expressed an interest via numerous marketing campaigns, so no cold calling This role is not commission based, so your pay is NOT determined by your performance!
To be successful in this Call Centre based role you will need to be EXCEPTIONALLY well spoken, possess LOADS of energy & enthusiasm, as well as display a genuine passion for many of the world's leading charity organisations.
You will also need to work AT LEAST 14 hours per week; however you could work up to 42 hours per week, thanks to the flexibility of choosing your shifts fortnightly in advance.
On top of this, you are also required to be available for at least 3 months, plus you could work toward going permanent.
The hours of work you are able to select from are:
MON-FRI – 1:30-5PM
MON-FRI - 5:30-9PM (or both)
SATURDAY- 10AM -1:30PM
SATURDAY- 2PM - 5:30PM (or both)
