1st line support engineer helpdesk 18k billericay essex

Our client, an IT Support company based in Billericay, Essex are looking to recruit a 1st Line Support / Helpdesk person to their team. Role involves being the 1st point of contact, providing remote support to a variety of clients. The ideal applicant will have at least one years experience, good all round skills in areas such as Windows xp/vista/MS Office, desktop skills, basic networking, printer set up etc. Excellent opportunity to develop a career in IT Support.
You must have a proactive work ethic and be keen to learn new technologies; The company will offer internal training and guidance on attaining industry-recognised qualifications. Salary GBP18,000 pa.
