We are a small,dynamic business looking for an enthusiastic, capable person to join our team.The job is full of variety and encompasses many aspects of office work - Customer service, recruitment, training, team management, general office admin work. This job would suit an all rounder who wanted to gain valuable experience in different aspects of running a small business or who wanted to eventually work in HR, Recruitment.
Role includes:
* Answering the phone and dealing with new staff applicants as well as customers and their requirements.
* Assisting with interviewing and training new staff members.
* Assisting with the management of our current staff.
* General office duties.

* Have great communication skills with all types of people.
* Have good basic computer skills.
* Can work for a minimum of one year. This is a permanent job.

Working Conditions:
* Excellent !
* 40 hour week- Monday to Friday.
* Paid weekly. Negotiable hourly rate. Starting rate between 9 - 12.00 pounds per hour.
* Flexible hours.
