Progressive company is seeking active and capable individuals to join their successful team. You will be responsible for managing a team of telesales canvassers and ensuring the team hits their monthly targets.
Previous management/team leading experience, the ability to lead, plan ahead, motivate and develop a team. Very good interpersonal and communication skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, flexible and creative approach
Main Development
* Supervise the efficiency and performance of the team, while identifying training needs and encouraging progress.
* Identify and implement the training plans for each member of the team.
* Maintain two way communications with the team.
