Head cleaner wanted

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and flexible person committed to high standards of work and excellent customer service to head up one of our teams:
20½ hours per week
5 days per week, Monday to Friday
4.45PM to 8.45PM Mon-Thu; 4.30PM to 8.30PM Fri
(Also 1 or 2 Saturdays every 3 months to carry out deep cleans)
You will be based in one of our clients’ offices and supervising a team of 3-4 people. This is a “hands on” job and you will be expected to carry out your own cleaning duties to include vacuuming, mopping and cleaning toilets, kitchens and offices as well.
GBP7.50 per hour (rising to GBP8 after 3 months). Training will be given, but the following requirements are ESSENTIAL:
+Previous UK experience as a supervisor/head cleaner in an office or domestic environment
+Available for work on the days and times above
+Ability to lead a team
+Good English speaker with valid work visa or EU status
+Previous key holder
+2 checkable references
+Must be able to demonstrate high standards of cleaning and team leadership from the outset
