Office co ordinator admin

We are looking for a vibrant, computer literate office administrator.
Must have good phone manner and able to work as a team or own initiative.
Duties include answering calls.
Dealing with in and out going post.
Greeting visitors to the premises.
Salary : up to GBP16k (depending on experience)
