Marketing company administrator

We are currently seeking an outgoing and experienced Administrator to join our brand new Marketing Company in Croyden. The role will be to provide recruitment support to the Managing Director along with basic administration tasks.
Tasks:
* General reception duties - Meet and greet appointments
* Managing recruitment enquiries via phone and email
* Assisting in placing advertisements
* Organising contracts for New Starters using the company contract template
* Various associated administration tasks
Applicants must:
* Have proven competency of Microsoft computer packages
* Be of smart appearance in suitable business attire
* Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and outgoing individual with ability to use own initiative
