Legal sec receptionist for spanish law firm part-time 23k pr

FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY for the right individual to work with a Spanish Law firm in the heart of London with a great established team. A modern office, with great staff!
This part-time position is from 4 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. GBP23k per annum pro-rata.
It is essential that the right person has LEGAL
Secretarial experience and can speak basic Spanish.
The successful candidate's duties would include:
General office duties
Reception duties, including handling the switchboard, greeting clients and visitors
Diary management using MS Outlook
Organising meetings and ensuring that video-and telephone-conferencing equipment is set up properly
Booking restaurants, taxis, couriers, etc.
Creating presentations using MS PowerPoint
Receiving and issuing purchase orders and invoices
Processing expenses and billing lawyers' and other fee earners' hours
Typing letters, e-mails and other correspondence using house styles/templates
The skills needed for this job are:
Excellent communication skills
Good use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Sociable, customer-focused, discrete
Responsible
Motivated and a quick learner
Team player
