Our client is a leading 'niche' provider of high quality aluminium components and materials for the architectural interiors market. They provide these services to architects, interior designers and contractors. As a leading SME they are well organised and always constantly seeking to improve their products and services. Based in the heart of London Bridge, they are looking to recruit an Accounts and Admin Co-ordinator to join their busy team.

Job Description
The role itself is very diverse and unique. It will consist of elements of Sage 50 Accounts and related software packages, Procurement, ISO administration and an element of Office Management including the submission of quarterly VAT returns.
The objective of this position is to ensure the smooth operation of the Accounts/Admin Department by compliance with established systems and to implement new procedures as and when necessary.
The role calls for consistent performance in what is a regular and highly structured office environment. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and provides the opportunity for working with a good deal of autonomy. Responsibility is geared to your particular areas of expertise and specialist knowledge. There are also opportunities to progress by adopting a pro-active approach and by fully contributing to the overall success of the Company.
This is a position for a multi skilled and well organised person with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records. Good concentration levels and the ability to gather facts and perform various operational assignments are also of key importance.
Person Specification
As you can see this role is quite wide ranging. Do you possess a healthy desire to never have a spare minute, take pride and pleasure in managing your workload, and seek to meet and overcome the challenges you will be presented with?
It will assist you greatly if your background includes working in a multifaceted role with Sage 50 Accounts, ISO administration, Procurement, Stock Management and other administrative duties including VAT returns.

The working hours for this role are 9.00am to 4.30pm with 45 minute hour lunch break
29 days paid holiday in a full working year (including 8 days Public Holiday).
Salary 30K paid by bank transfer on the 15th of each calendar month.
