Family lawyer 4 pqe part-time

A family lawyer is required to take responsibility for establishing a family department. All work undertaken is privately funded. You will be a strong team player with the ability to establish the firm's reputation in the field. It is anticipated that much of the work will involve complex situations frequently involving substantial assets, trust and taxation issues. Qualifications needed for this position are follows:
* 4+ years PQE specializing in family law including ancillary relief and children
* Accredited panel member/specialist
* Cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements
* Settling divorces
* Advising on/resolving financial matters
* Dealing with children issues
* Collaborative law and mediation would be an advantage
* Ability to work autonomously
