Credit Supervisor. A rare opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Credit Supervisor to join the wonderful world of television. An ideal opportunity for an ICM qualified credit controller to take their skill set to the next level, your duties will include:
" Supervising the credit control department in the UK and overseas
" Recruiting, developing and appraising the team and ensure they are performing to the highest standards
" Ensuring the credit control department runs efficiently and effectively
" Maintaining your own client base and ensure monthly cash collection targets are reached both individually and for the team
" Ensuring all processes and procedures are maintained at an optimum level
" Producing month end reporting pack, ensuring all reports reconcile correctly
" Implementing improvements to current processes and procedures when necessary
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising a credit control team in a fast paced environment. You will need to be a multi-faceted self-starter who can think on your feet and continuously challenge the status quo.
