A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Change Manager to head the change program for Exchange Traded Derivatives operations in a leading investment bank.
Job Description
If you have a strong background in change management and project management combined with a good knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives (especially Futures & Options) then this is the ideal role for you.
Heading up the change program you will spearhead initiatives for the Futures and Options Operations group.
Essential:
- Strong background in Change Management
- Excellent knowledge of Futures & Options
- Demonstrated ability to implement change projects
- Ability to track projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to measure and report on key success factors
- At least 10 years in a investment banking environment
Desirable:
- Experience with Emerging Markets
