Sales negotiator

We are a successful property management and estate agency based in Fulham covering South West London. We're looking for a hard working individual to join our friendly team in the role of Sales Negotiator.
This a great opportunity for someone who's looking to progress their career as we are an expanding company and for the right person there is scope for promotion.
Experience within the industry is essential for this postion, along with knowledge of Dezrez sales software and a full driving license.
You will need to be a hard worker with good organisational skills and a strong sales ethic. Your ability to work and solve problems under pressure along with your competent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook will be invaluable.
Being able to communicate fluently in English for this position, both written and verbally, will be essential. As will your right to work in the UK, I'm sorry to say that we cannot accept student Visa's.
This is a full time permanent position, and Saturday work will be required. Ideally you'll live in or close to South West London.
Basic Salary is negotiable on experience and with a competive commision structure.
