Grill chef

OROS Restaurants a group of privately owned modern Mediterranean restaurants are now recruiting.
Opportunities for Chefs at all levels in particular positions for Grill Chefs are available at our existing restaurants and also future openings planned in 2009/10. Existing restaurants are located in Beckenham, Kent and Sutton, Surrey.
Experience is essential and you must also be able to work with a small brigade of chefs.
Our menu is Mediterranean influenced and we operate with fresh food therefore some knowledge of working with fresh ingredients is important. A high standard of health, safety and hygiene is also essential.
Accomodation could also be arranged if required.
