Typical projects will involve the design, development and implementation of .NET based applications, infrastructure upgrades, rollout projects, etc. So you can expect a tremendous amount of variety in this role. Given they are a relatively young company, you will definitely have a chance to grow with them given the nature of the role you will be in. You will be required to manage all aspects of the project life cycle from gathering user requirements to application handover and will require the relevant experience here as well. You should have a minimum of 3 years' project management experience and should have started your career as a application developer / programmer. You should ideally be Prince 2 qualified, or studying for the qualification. Failing that, you must have managed and delivered at least one project using Prienc2 methodology. Above all, this organisation are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills who will help the further success of the company through delivering projects on time, under budget and fit for purpose.
