Experienced head waiter or head waitress

EXPERIENCED HEAD WAITER
Oriental restaurant, fast paced, 120 seat Canteen style in Clapham Junction (Zone 2). Requires an experienced Head Waiter.
The ideal candidate is an individual committed to a career in the hospitality industry and keen to progress within an expanding business
The candidate must be friendly and hard working, used to a fast paced environment and with a good eye for details. You must also have very good people skills. Together with the Restaurant Manager, you will have responsibility for the day to day running of the restaurant, including staff management and training with a focus on maintaining a high standard and customer service.
Excellent promotion prospects as we are a rapidly expanding company.

During the training period a training rate of GBP6.00 per hour gross will be paid.
Salary: GBP7.50 per hour gross, including share of service, but not cash tips.
