Pr account and business coordinator

New and fast growing PR agency with a focus on fashion, food & drink, interiors and lifestyle requires an Account and Business Coordinator to work alongside the two Directors. Based from home, this position requires you to be self-motivated, bright and confident within the ability to achieve great results working under direction but using your own initiative.
Previous experience of the PR industry and office management systems an advantage. Located within London or the Southwest, you will be required to attend meetings once a week in Hampshire (accessible by train 1 hour from Waterloo or by car).
You must have full-time access to broadband and email from your home and be technically savvy enough to take care of this yourself.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Media sales pitches
New business research
Database management
Intranet management /weekly updates
Management of network timesheets
PA/diary support
General business administration
Attending one day a week of meetings in Hampshire
Temp to perm (GBP10ph) working a four day week this is a varied and interesting job for someone with an interest and experience of the media, who would enjoy the flexibility and variation of helping this dynamic team continue to grow their business.
