Reception administration

A local IT systems development and implementing company is looking for a receptionist/ administrator to work alongside the office manager.
Your role will include reception duty, all-round administrative support, diary management and travel booking, and general housekeeping.
In addition, you will assist the sales, marketing and training teams with production of documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations - your sound knowledge of MSWord, Excel and Outlook will stand you in good stead.
