1st 2nd line helpdesk engineer technical support

1st /2nd Line Help Desk Engineer is needed to join a dynamic IT outsourcing provider who offer a complete range of technical solutions from managed desktop / network support services to infrastructure project management and business continuity planning.
The Role
To provide on-site and remote helpdesk support to our customer's networks, including desktop and server support. Liaising with 3rd parties and other vendors to resolve network issues and ensuring customers are kept informed at all times.
Essential skills & qualifications we are looking for.
* Any Microsoft or IT related qualifications will be a distinct advantage
* Excellent Desktop knowledge on the full range of Microsoft Operating Systems
* Solid understanding of MS 2003 Windows server
* Solid understanding of Active directory.
* Ability to build and configure a Server & Work station
* Client focused and quick to react
* Ability to diagnose issues and investigate solutions
The person must have.
Good communication skills
A minimum of 1 Years experience in a similar role.
Desire to increase personal knowledge
Excellent Customer Service Skills along with written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and individually
Ability to work remotely on client networks
