* Part II (or Equivalent) Architectural Assistant
* Using AutoCAD to design and produce Plans, Sections & Elevations
* Design development and General Arrangements
* 2D and some 3D drawings
* Working on genuinely unique and interesting International Residential and Healthcare projects.
* Possible Site Visits
* Full back-up and support from Project Architects
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (Microstation/Vectorworks/ArchiCAD considered)
* Good Technical knowledge (including Building regulations)
* Good Design Skills
* At least one to two years industry experience
* Good communication skills
* Team player
* Strong portfolio to demonstrate Technical and Design skills
* A RIBA Part II (or Equivalent) Architectural Qualification
* Good building construction knowledge
* Building Regulations Codes Knowledge of at least one country
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
* Ambitious to work with the best Architects in Surrey
* Available to Interview and start work ASAP
