Urban design associate associate director

The opportunity has arisen within an award winning international practice in the city centre, to work on international projects utilizing your specialist proven urban design skills, to masterplan the signature buildings of tomorrow.
Given the practices steady growth in Europe, Russia, India and the Middle East over the last decade, my client is now looking for a talented Urban Designer with an architectural background. Managing the team to design the world's signature designs of tomorrow my client is looking for someone with exemplary presentation skills and a compelling design sense as well as new business development and client maintenance.
You will ideally:
* Have experience in full service design practices
* Have a strong knowledge of urban regeneration and design
* Be educated to either degree or diploma level in urban design, architecture or landscape architecture.
* A post qualification in urban design and a membership in a relevant professional organisation would be preferred but not essential
* Have compelling design sense and exemplary presentation skills
* The ability to develop new business and develop current clients and grow with their needs.
