Practice manager full time GBP25 k + (depending on experience and qualities) and bonus
Dentafind are seeking applications from well experienced Dental Practice Managers. You will have private practice experience, expert communication and presentation and the ability to manage staff and patients with finesse.
Previous experience essential. We are looking for an outstanding candidate with the following qualities: a leader, presentable, excellent communicator, great organiser, team player, initiative, proactive, a great personality, hard working, loyal, fast learning and must be a people person for a leading dental practice in Hertford.
This is a varied role with a huge amount of responsibility and organisational skills are required.
The role will require you to ensure a smooth running of the practice through following systems, ensure the team perform to the highest of standards, training of team members, Marketing and networking responsibilities and organisation of the training. You will be required to quickly learn verbal skills for the company which are to be of a high standard. You will lead a small highly advanced team and also help to organise another area of the company which is also advanced in the field of dentistry. There will be lots to learn some training will be given on site.
Hours are Mon, Wed and Thur, 9-5, Tues 8-6.30 and Fri 8-4
