The Role
Our Client is seeking a Fitness Manager to head up a team of 6 to 7 staff of this busy site. As Fitness Manager, you will be expected to oversee the smooth running of the gym, the class timetable and personal training Our Client means business and requires the next Fitness Manager to be able to manage staff to hit targets and objectives, to this end, you will look to inspire, mentor, train, develop and lead your team. You will be expected to meet brand standards and deliver a level of service that the members are accustomed to. Reporting to the Sport Activities Manager, you will be making decisions on behalf of the gym environment
The Person
To be considered for the Fitness Manager, candidates must have a recognised fitness qualification to Reps level 3 or above, and have experience within the industry at a supervisory level. Working to clear objectives and hitting targets must be the norm, along with a good client based of personal training and introducing members to the gym. Candidates must be clear in their communication and immaculately presented and very professional.
The Benefits
Salary GBP20,000 depending on experience, plus earnings from personal training, use of the facilities and excellent opportunity to progress
