Are you a qualified teacher of Psychology that's interested in teaching Psychology to GCSE and A level in a successful co-ed comprehensive school located in Finchley from September 08 on a permanent basis?
Due to an internal promotion there is an opportunity for a dynamic and creative Psychology teacher to join a large faculty to teach Psychology at both GCSE and A level. The school performs well in terms of results and last year achieved a 68% pass rate at GCSE and excellent SAT's scores. OFSTED visited the school last in 2007 and graded it as "a good school with some outstanding features", in particular the effectiveness of the 6th form was graded as "outstanding".
You will be teaching a mixture of ages and abilities so you must be used to teaching across the age range and have a student centred approach.
